Growing up, I often endured spiritual experiences, but I was too young to truly comprehend what they were. Raised in a traditional Indian family where such concepts were rarely accepted – I never had to search for company and was never bored since I always had imaginary pals with whom I could play or chat.
My parents, both doctors, dismissed my behaviour presuming it to be a common occurrence in kids my age that shall get rectified once I grew up. My mother noticed me and eventually started becoming sceptical after discovering I had been experiencing and interacting with unnatural things.
The memories of my childhood still fascinate me but in a different way!
Over the period of time, it became typical for me to advise others what to do, what not to do, or to be cautious about things, even if I was equally clueless about it as others were; nevertheless, it became something I loved doing and continue till date. Upon reflecting on my past, I recall an occasion during which I encountered a close friend and disclosed sensitive information to them concerning her recently deceased father, ultimately resulting in emotional distress and tearfulness on her behalf.
At the tender age of eight to nine years old, I lacked understanding of the weightiness of such information. However, she appeared captivated by my discourse as if discovering new insights amid her despair. My exposure to occurrences deemed peculiar to those around me and eventually further heightened their fascination and desire to hear more tales similar in nature.

In another instance, I divulged confidential news to a teacher about a past incident in her life; upon contemplation and verification, she expressed amazement towards the accuracy of my statements yet remained astonished by my insight into the matter.
Overall, these experiences helped shape my nascent grasp of human interactions and emotions, although their singularity eluded conscious recognition back then. Now, as a seasoned individual retrospectively examining the incidents through an adult lens, they become profoundly poignant.
During my pursuit of becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2016, an unexpected encounter at the library sparked a fascination within me. As I accidentally touched someone’s hand, I experienced vivid visions about an aspect of their life. This incident served as a catalyst for my lifelong interest in the mystical world.
